What We Do
Evidence
Demonstrating capability, strategic thinking, and legitimate evidence across Reach's consulting territories.
Sound consulting advice must be backed by verifiable substance. In an industry often crowded with generic promises, Reach provides transparent visibility into our analytical rigor, problem-solving disciplines, and the tangible artifacts produced through consulting engagements.
Governing Principle
“Reach should show enough of the work that people can understand its capability - not merely tell people that it is capable.”
From our foundational proof and portfolio governance standards (docs/08).
How We Demonstrate Capability
Evidence Pathways
Reach demonstrates capability through two distinct, complementary pathways: detailed examinations of real-world consulting engagements, and sanitized demonstration deliverables that illustrate our analytical work.
Case Studies
Disciplined examinations of consulting engagements structured around our six-part methodology: Situation, What Reach Examined, What Reach Found, What Reach Recommended, What Was Built/Changed, and Outcome / Current Status.
Key Dimensions:
- •Focus on operational reality rather than polished marketing narratives
- •Explicit separation between diagnostic findings and strategic recommendations
- •Only verified, substantiated outcomes are stated as results
Sample Deliverables
Sanitized demonstration artifacts illustrating the format, depth, and structural clarity of Reach's consulting deliverables - showing how diagnostic data, operational procedures, and implementation roadmaps are constructed.
Key Dimensions:
- •Realistic demonstration artifacts across diagnostic and implementation phases
- •Strict client confidentiality maintained through generalized demonstration data
- •Transparent preview of deliverable architecture before engaging
Evidence Hierarchy
The Reach Proof Ladder
Reach evaluates evidence across five distinct levels of rigor. Rather than relying on superficial claims or decorative marketing, our proof architecture moves from intellectual expertise to verified organizational outcomes.
- 1
Expertise Evidence
Education, governance frameworks, the REACH Method™, training curricula, published resources, and executive credentials.
- 2
Work Evidence
Sanitized assessment pages, process maps, financial-analysis structures, implementation roadmaps, standard operating procedure structures, decision frameworks, and diagnostic models.
- 3
Engagement Evidence
Real consulting engagement descriptions, named or anonymized as authorized, detailing the specific operational challenges examined and addressed.
- 4
Client Evidence
Authorized client testimonials, leadership recommendations, direct quotes, and documented client feedback.
- 5
Outcome Evidence
Substantiated operational change, structural improvements, and verified organizational results over time.
Evidence Integrity
Proof Governance & Ethical Standards
Reach maintains strict standards regarding client confidentiality, ethical representation, and evidence integrity. We do not build client scrapbooks or decorative logo walls as our portfolio structure.
Core Principles of Evidence Integrity
- •Work evidence does not automatically prove an outcome: Showing a well-structured diagnostic matrix or roadmap demonstrates analytical discipline, but does not substitute for verified client results.
- •Outcome claims require substantive verification: Reach only asserts outcomes that have been empirically documented and verified.
- •Client confidentiality is inviolable: All client data is protected. Published materials use anonymized context or sanitized demonstration assets unless explicit client clearance is granted.
- •Accurate relationship representation: Reach clearly distinguishes consulting engagements from speaking engagements, educational workshops, or community partnerships.
