Operating Philosophy
Signature Thought
“Understand deeply. Decide wisely. Build intentionally.”
Katrina’s operating philosophy begins with a simple premise: business is stewardship. Money, people, time, authority, trust, and opportunity are responsibilities. Stewarding them well requires leaders to understand the real situation, face difficult information honestly, and build with intention.
This conviction is reflected in Reach’s guiding principle: Understand deeply. Decide wisely. Build intentionally. Better decisions begin with an honest understanding of what is happening. From that foundation, leaders can build strategy, structure, and systems that fit their responsibilities and purpose.
