Training & Speaking

Professional Speaking

Professional Speaking: Expertise, insight, and practical perspective delivered to an audience. Starting at $1,000 for commercial speaking.

Katrina delivers clear, substantive keynote addresses and conference presentations that challenge audiences to re-examine operational reality, embrace disciplined management, and lead with intentional stewardship.

Professional Perspective

Speaker Positioning

Katrina Harrell-Emery, Founder, CEO & Principal Consultant of Reach, speaks as a consultant.

What an audience receives is the firm's working perspective - how a business or an organization is examined, what responsible decision-making asks of the people leading it, and what it means to treat a business as something entrusted to you. It is a professional perspective delivered to a room, not a motivational performance.

Katrina does not rely on rehearsed emotional hype, generic corporate slogans, or performative storytelling. Instead, she brings the discernment, empirical rigor, and practical clarity developed over more than a decade of evaluating business operations, systems, and organizational leadership.

Core Themes

Topic Territories & Keynotes

Topics come from the substance of the consulting work rather than from a speaking circuit: the REACH Method™ and how businesses are actually examined, the capability territories Reach works in, and business as stewardship, which is how a Christian-founded firm understands responsibility for what a leader has been given.

Operations & Systems Theme

Beyond the Hustle: Operational Order as Leadership Discipline

An examination of why businesses stall when growth outpaces systems, and how leaders can replace frantic reactive activity with structured, repeatable operational rhythms that protect capacity.

Faith & Stewardship Theme

Business as Stewardship: Entrustment, Diligence, and Governance

Grounded in biblical principles of stewardship, this address explores the moral and operational responsibility of stewarding capital, human talent, and organizational influence with enduring excellence.

Diagnostic Theme

Diagnosing Organizational Friction: The Power of Operational Truth

How leaders can look past surface symptoms to identify structural bottlenecks, test unexamined assumptions, and make decisive strategic adjustments with confidence.

Architecture & Growth Theme

Architecture Before Expansion: Building Infrastructure That Withstands Growth

Practical frameworks for evaluating operational readiness before scaling, ensuring that increased demand strengthens the organization rather than collapsing it.

Who We Address

Audiences & Settings

Commercial Business Audiences

Commercial engagements are for business and organizational audiences - teams, leadership groups, and event audiences convened by a company, an institution, or an event host.

Community & Ministry Engagements

Churches, ministries, nonprofit organizations, and community groups are handled separately through Community & Ministry Engagements, which are considered individually based on the organization, event, scope, audience, resources, and nature of the opportunity. The commercial speaking baseline is not an automatic prerequisite for them.

Structure & Modality

Katrina delivers presentations in structured formats tailored to conference agendas, retreat schedules, and executive gatherings:

Illustrative Example - Not a Client Case Study

Keynote Address on Operational Stewardship

Katrina has spoken before an audience of more than 250 people, delivering substantive keynote addresses on leading through operational complexity and organizational stewardship.

Core Themes Addressed: How leaders can look past surface symptoms to identify structural bottlenecks, replace frantic reactive activity with disciplined operating rhythms, and steward organizational influence with enduring excellence.

Delivery Structure: A focused keynote address followed by an interactive executive Q&A on operational prioritization and management systems.

This example illustrates how a speaking engagement may be structured. It does not describe a specific client engagement or claim measured results.

Service Boundary

What Speaking Is, and Is Not

Speaking communicates insight and perspective to an audience. It is not consulting on an organization's actual business problem, and it is not training designed to build a specific capability in a team.

The same material may appear across all three, but the relationship and the purpose stay distinct. Speaking equips a room with strategic clarity and perspective; when an organization requires direct work on its own operating systems, consulting or training is the appropriate engagement.

Clear & Upfront

Investment

Commercial Baseline

Professional Speaking: Starting at $1,000 for commercial speaking

Community and ministry engagements are considered individually, and the commercial speaking baseline is not an automatic prerequisite.

Reach publishes baseline pricing so you can understand the expected level of investment before starting a conversation. Final investment for custom work is determined by scope and clearly presented before an engagement begins.

Commercial speaking engagements include pre-event consultation, customized presentation development, and presentation delivery. Travel and lodging expenses outside the primary operating area are billed separately.

Not sure what kind of support you need?

You don't need to diagnose the engagement yourself.
